Prachi recently graduated from King’s College London with a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics.

Prior to joining KSL, Ryan served as a Manager at Embark, advising high-growth companies on financial and operational strategy. He began his career at Deloitte, where he spent three years in the Audit & Assurance practice, serving Fortune 100 clients.

Ryan holds both a Master's and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Florida State University and is a licensed CPA in the state of Florida.

Previously, Sean served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Kingdom Hotel Investments, during which time he also sat as a Non-Executive Director of Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Hotel George V in Paris and The Savoy Hotel in London. Prior to taking his career in-house, Sean was a corporate partner in the London and Abu Dhabi offices of Hogan Lovells for over ten years.

Sean qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 1996 having graduated as a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) with Honours from the University of Exeter and completed his Law Society Finals Examination at The College of Law, Guildford.

Previously, Paul was the  Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Wells Fargo & Company (“Wells Fargo”).

Paul joined Wells Fargo in 1970, served as Vice Chairman from 1981 to 1984, President and Chief Operating Officer from 1984 to 1995, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from January 1995 to May 2001 when he retired from Wells Fargo.

Paul is currently Chairman of Accel-KKR and is active in various businesses and investments.  Paul's past board positions include Safeway(Lead Independent Director), KKR Financial Holding LLC (Chairman), PhelpsDodge, Vodafone Group Plc (Deputy Chairman and Lead Independent Director),Willis Group Holdings Ltd., Xstrata, Blackhawk Network Holdings, KSL Resorts, the San Francisco Symphony, and the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.  Paul also served on the Federal Advisory Council to the Federal Reserve from 1987 to 1991, acting as President of the Council in 1991, reporting to Alan Greenspan as Chairman.

Paul attended Amherst College, holds a MS in finance from the University of Arizona and an MBA from the University of California.

Previously, Kassie was an Investment Analyst at Peachtree Group.

She holds a B.A. in Hotel Administration with a concentration in Finance from Cornell University.

Mr. Henrich joined KSL in February 2011 and was a founding member of the KSL Credit, CMBS and Tactical Opportunities strategies. As Head of Capital Solutions, Mr. Henrich has oversight for its credit and tactical opportunities vehicles.  He is a member of KSL’s Management Committee as well as a member of all of KSL’s Investment Committees.

Previously, Mr. Henrich was a Senior Managing Director of CW Capital Investments, LLC, where he was responsible for building and leading areal estate high yield credit investment platform with over $4.6 billion of assets under management. Prior to joining CW Capital Investments, LLC, Mr. Henrich was an 11-year veteran of Deutsche Bank/ RREEF and its predecessor Bankers Trust, serving as Managing Director and Partner in charge of the Real Estate Credit Fund Investment Platform.

Mr. Henrich is a former member of several Boards including the Hilton Hotels Corporation, Rumsey Hall School and Fairfield County Community, where he also served as Vice Chairman of the Investment Committee. Mr. Henrich has a B.S. from the University of the Pacific and an M.B.A. from Harvard University with honors.

Previously, AD was a Manager in Strategic Planning with Nike, Inc. Prior to joining Nike, AD was a Senior Analyst with Nielsen.  

AD holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.A. in Government from Georgetown University.

Previously, Garrett was an Associate Partner in McKinsey’s Travel and Logistics practice.  He focused on large-scale transformations and supported clients from strategy setting through to implementation and value capture.  Prior to McKinsey, Garrett held various corporate development and operations roles in the healthcare and energy industries.

Garrett holds an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and undergraduate degrees in Business and Economics from the University of Texas at Austin

Previously, Pablo was an analyst at Morgan Stanley, working in the Real Estate Investment Banking division. Pablo holds a BS in Business Management & Business Analytics from ICADE University.

Previously, Brock was a real estate finance associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP from 2017 through 2021 and at Paul Hastings LLP from 2021.

Brock holds a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, where he graduated summa cum laude.

Previously, Kyle was a Fund Analyst at Shelton Capital Management. Prior to Shelton, Kyle was a  Manager at Oppenheimer Funds.

Kyle holds a BS in Finance and Business Administration from Florida State University. Additionally, he is a CFA Charterholer.

Previously, Angela was the Director of Accounting at InnovAge. Prior to InnovAge, Angela was a Controller at NXT Capital in Chicago, IL.

Angela holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
