Previously, Kavin was a Vice President and M&A generalist at PJT Partners in NYC. Prior to PJT Partners, Kavin was an Associate at Morgan Stanley in LA.

Kavin holds a B.S. in Economics from Duke University.

Previously, Charles was the Global Head of Tax at Northwood Investors. Prior to Northwood Investors, he was a Senior Manager at KPMG in their real estate funds practice.

Charles holds a B.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting with a concentration in Strategic Tax Consulting from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, as well as a Minor in History.  Additionally, he is a Certified Public Accountant in California.

Previously, Annie was a Senior Analyst at The Walt Disney Company in their Strategy and Global Development - Parks Experiences and Products Group. Prior to The Walt Disney Company, Annie was an Investment Banking Analyst with Wells Fargo Securities’ Technology, Media & Telecom Group.

Annie graduated cum laude from Davidson College where she studied Political Science with a Minor in Economics.

Steve currently leads KSL’s Strategic Operating Team in Europe. He previously held positions with HEI Hotels & Resorts, a hotel operating company, HVS International, a hotel consulting firm, and the Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale.

Steve holds a B.S. from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration. Steve is a member KSL’s private equity Investment Committee..

Previously, Chris worked as a Financial Reporting Accountant at Liberty Energy, which he joined in August2023. Prior to Liberty Energy, Chris worked as an Audit Associate at Eide Bailly LLP. Chris holds a B.S.B.A. in Accounting, Finance & Personal Financial Planning from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.

Previously, Jacki was an Executive Assistant at Triangle Petroleum, Exclusive Resorts and The Broe Group.  Prior to her Executive Assistant positions, Jacki spent nearly 20 years in customer service with United Airlines.

Previously, Nicholas was senior associate consultant at Bain & Company.

Nicholas holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Previously, Rich was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs & Co., where he led Goldman's Hospitality and Gaming Practice.  Prior to joining Goldman in 1998, Rich was an attorney in the real estate and corporate groups with the law firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York City. Rich began his career in 1984 as a real estate developer in the New York metropolitan area.

Rich is also a member of KSL's private equity Investment Committee.

Rich holds a B.A. from Tufts University and a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law.

Previously, Cal was a Consultant in Monitor Deloitte’s strategy practice.

Cal holds a B.A. in Environmental Economics, summa cum laude, from Middlebury College.

Previously, Alexis was an Engagement Manager at Oliver Wyman, where she counseled clients on issues spanning corporate strategy, strategic planning, operational effectiveness, product design and risk management. Alexis also previously held positions in strategy and operations with All Nippon Airways and Carmel Valley Ranch.

Alexis holds an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and graduated cum laude with distinction with a B.S. from Yale University.

Previously, Tina was an Investment Banking Analyst at Citigroup in the Real Estate group.

Tina is a member of KSL's private equity Investment Committee. Tina was awarded in 2018 The International Hotel Investment Forum (IHIF) and The International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC) Young Leader Award and featured as one of the Influential Women in Hospitality by Hotel Magazine in 2018.

Tina graduated magna cum laude from The University of Pennsylvania, where she holds a B.S. in Finance and Real Estate from the Wharton School and a B.A. in International Studies from the College of Arts and Sciences.

Previously, Costas was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group at Credit Suisse and Leveraged Finance Group at UBS.

Costas holds a B.S. in Finance, Management Science, and International Business from the University of South Carolina.
