Orly Ripmaster rejoined KSL in 2025 as Chief of Staff to the CEO, having previously been with the firm from2012 to 2022. She was President of Slifer Smith & Frampton, an East West company, leading its expansion into Colorado's Front Range, and is a licensed Colorado broker. Prior to KSL, she held leadership roles at Smith Travel Research (STR), Destination Hotels & Resorts, and the St. Julien Hotel. Orly holds an A.B. from Harvard University, an M.A. in Communication from the University of Colorado, and an M.B.A. from ESSEC Business School's Hotel and Luxury Management program in Paris.
