The Fifth Avenue Hotel is a newly developed, 153 key, fee-simple, luxury hotel located in Manhattan’s NoMad neighborhood on the corner of 28^th Street and Fifth Avenue. The hotel officially opened in December 2023 and was 2024's most awarded new independent hotel in the US earning accolades from publications such as Condé Nast, Esquire, Financial Times and Robb Report. While construction of certain spaces is still ongoing, the hotel features a 3,500 square foot ballroom and signature food and beverage outlets operated by NoHo Hospitality, which is founded and run by Michelin Star and James Beard award-winning chef, Andrew Carmellini.
