Graduate properties target the 3.5-star segment of the hotel market and typically include one or two F&B outlets, a game room, free bike rentals, parking or valet options, a fitness center, and meeting space. The hotels range in size from 72 guestrooms to 305 guestrooms. Graduate hotels are located in university markets, intending to cater to those visiting the university, and are within walking distance to either the main university campus and/or the center of activity, shopping, dining, and nightlife within their respective markets.
